Shipping Policy

Wholesale orders will be sent upon verifying an active Tobacco License Number. Please ensure to share the appropriate business name in order to speed up verification. We currently only sell wholesale through messaging or phone sales.

All orders, including retail, are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after all items are processed. Some items may be backordered and a notification will be sent will be sent accordingly. We offer free shipping to the US and Puerto Rico for cigars, accessories and small humidors. Cabinet Humidors are for pick up and local delivery only.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipments containing cigars will have signature confirmation in order to verify age of customer.

We ca not ship to the following states, based on their regulations,: Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington and Utah.
